Mobikwik — mobikwik boost loan misusing contacts list

I have taken a loan from boost offer mobikwik, i have paid 8 emis on time but since last 2 months i couldn't pay as i am out of work. But i am trying my best to pay asap, on 1st august they misused my contacts list. Which the app access stating need to access contacts list for creditworthiness and convenience of recharge and all. They randomly called 5, 6 people from my contacts and said the i have taken a loan and not paying an all that recovery talks.in those 4 people it's my uncle, aunty, my father and one from whom i was goin to get work.. Then i needed to take up social media help to stop all this. I went to their tweeter account and ask them to stop them to call my contacts how mobikwik collection people can do this. This is not the part of agreement even not a part of rbi guidelines, that when i am available on my number and address no third party should be informed about my loan. As i have not provided them as references or so.. So they stopped i also complained to nodal officer and rbi mumbai for the same. The recovery person that day told when i explained him my situation i was shocked to hear that " mazdoor hai na tumlog toh loan lene ka nahi.. Tum log k paas kaha paise aate.. Mere ko kuch malum nahi. Aj emi payment chaiye adhe gante mein, for whic i said it's not possible sir u can send or come and see what condition i am going through so he replied toh main kya karu, ruk main tere ko bata ta hu legal k 5, 6 log bhejta hu. Society mein chila pukar karenge na toh paisa milega... And it's a 8 mins call recording with.. When i raised the issue on twitter they stopped calling to my contact. But i m getting calls and again was threatened that my contacts would be called.. I want company to stop using this way of recovery calling contacts list which the app copies.. As some of them in the contacts may be not in a condition to hear what this as that day my father was also called 82 year old heart patient and many other oldage ailments when the collection lady told her i didn't paid the emi n all that he was in kind that what this happening n all his blood pressure shot up he was totally restless.. He may got attack or anything worse could happened... It's not me its happening with me i saw many place on internet that the arr abusing on call and text and calling 10 20 a day.. Call and do what all want to but to the person who is responsible.. Not contacts list which was copied by providing misleading information..
