Mobikwik — mobikwik company cheating me, as per rbi for wallet upgradation there is no kyc center in prakasam dt, they hold 5000 rs in that wallet

Dear sir

Mobikwik company cheating me, as per RBI for Wallet upgration, I try to Done my wallet Kyc. But unfortunately there is no Kyc centers in prakasam Dt(Ongole), they hold 5000rs in.my wallet.. If I want do any transaction, that request is not processing due to Kyc upgrade.100 times I try to call customer care. But at least one number also not working.

I request you please help me to get my money back.
