I want to contact the Mobikwik Customer Care to get an idea about my Bill Payment information. I have done a payment(BSNL Landline Bill) via Mobikwik website, bit till now that amount is not updated in the BSNL website.

So in-order to check this, while I am trying to contact them via the number mentioned in their website, it's not being connected.

Issue Happened on :[protected]
Resolution : Refund of my amount
Mobikwik Transaction Id : MP[protected]
Customer Care Numbers Mentioned in their Site :[protected] and[protected]
Operational hours: 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM on all days(I tried during this time only)

So i had a doubt in the company, whether it's a Fraud one?
