Mobikwik — mobikwik did not recharge but money deducted

I tried to recharge on sunday 1/9/2019. Jio no. [protected] first time it showed a messege 'something went wrong' and rechage did not complete but 149 rupees balance deducted from my account. After some time i tried to recharge. Second time i recharged with 149 and recharge done. But first time deducted money and rechage was not completed. Kindly resolve my issue.
