Mobikwik — mobikwik I had fraud of 5400 rs with me

I had book a ticket from indigo threw mobikwik... After that i had cancel my ticket on indigo on 3rf march 19 and same day they had initiate my refund to mobikwik but mobikwik not refund in my bank account up to today and making fool and giving daily stupid excuses... Just sending same msg contact with bank and when m calling to bank they asking simply urn no.. But mobikwik not giving me urn no. Also...
Now m fully harassment with this stupid service and my 5400 rs also pending
