Mobikwik — Mobikwik Money deducted from wallet but not credited to merchant

My Rs. 4990 money deducted by mobikwik and same is not recieved by ZAAKPAY-RETAIL JGWCAG PG.
Please check attached screenshot.. it was emergency money.
Please resolve this as early as possible.
