Mobikwik — Mobikwik refund issue

I did some purchases online using mobiwik wallet and one had to be cancelled. I was trying out mobiwik for the first time. Even though the original online site refunded back my money, it went to mobiwik wallet and they are not giving it back. There is no customer care no mentioned in site and when i raised complaint for the same, they keep on telling they will resolve but no resolution even after 1 week. Whenever you return any product or cancel some order, money will come back but mobiwik wont put it back to the original bank account. So if you are making online purchases, dont use mobiwik. My amount was nearly 6000 and my money is stuck. It is safer not to use mobiwik wallet. Once something goes wrong, they are not even responding to your complaint and have not even given a customer no. I will close off my account as soon as i get my money back. I should have checked these complaints page before using that wallet. I never expected this. Horrible experience.

I did purchase of Smartphone on 2nd June, 2017 through shopclues using mobiwik wallet and same day I had cancelled it. As per shopclues refund was made on 12 June, 2017 as per below detail.

This is with reference to the refund request raised against Order ID[protected] INTEX AQUA POWER HD 16GB BLACK & GOLD (6 Months Seller Warranty), we would like to inform you that the refund has been processed in the same account through which you have made the payment.

Please find the refund details below:

Refund amount - 4503.00
Refund processed date - Fri, Jun 2 2017 6:01 pm (It has been credited in your account by 12th June 2017)
Refund mode - MobiKwik Wallet via Payment Gateway

If the amount will not reflect within the shared timeline, you are requested to coordinate with your Cash Card/Wallet issuing authority.
Also, we would like to update you that we are unable to transfer your refund into your bank account from your MobiKwik Wallet.
Your patience and cooperation are highly appreciated in this matter.

I had shared above detail with Transaction id, Date, Amount & Contact number against Ticket number 6710585, But they keep on telling kindle share - Transaction ID, - Email Address, - Mobile Number, - Date and Amount. Status resolved. 10 Days has left and still I am not getting any hope full revert from Mobikwik.
Even though the original online site refunded back my money, I am really begging with Mobikwik to refund my Hard earned money. Not getting any response on customer care no mentioned in site .
Please help me to get my money back.
