My Zip service is blocked due to some technical issue in mobikwik.
Confirming the same with mobikwik customer-care over multiple calls, they keep saying its a technical issue and it will be resolved soon.
The problem is that my zip bill was generated on 1st of November with a due date of 5th November and if its not paid within the time limit, a penalty would be added to my pending bill.
I fully clear my bill every month and have never defaulted with any payment.
Now the customer-care have asked me to wait till the time this issue is resolved and being 5th of Novemeber today, if the issue is still not resolved, I would like mobiikwk to take responsibility and remove any penalty charges and also tell the collection department that this was the fault from mobikwik due to which the customer could not make the payment.
Because having told by other people, the collection department talks very rudely without considering the problem and starts calling random contacts from the your contact list.
I am also attaching videos and pictures showing that my zip is not even opening in the app now.
