Mobikwik — Mobikwik User ID, has been disabled not enabled after submitting required documents | |||||
Hi This is Mohd. Asifuddin opened Mobikwik Account and credited amount of Rs.20, 000/- to wallet.when I logged in to make payment at eZone my user id is disabled. I have sent all the required documents to [protected]@mobikwik.com but neither they are replying nor they have enabled my user id. Neither they are providing a Toll-Free Number to contact nor they are calling me. I am very much worried about this to whom I have to contact for my money Rs.20, 000/-which is blocked in my wallet since 06/05/2017. Please help me in getting my money back or to enable my account.
