Hi Team, My Mobikwik wallet is locked without notification and whenever i try to login it says your wallet is found suspicious by payment gate way. please write to [protected]@mobikwik.com for reactivation and i have sent an mail and even sent an follow up mail regarding the same and there is no response from them and there is no customer care number for the same and i have my money is locked in the A/C where i am unable to take the amount out or do any transaction on the same and i am very disappointed with the customer services provided by the mobikwik and hence raising an complaint Registered E-mail is :- [protected]@gmail.com Registered mobile :- [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
