Mobikwik — mobikwik wallet money deducted but my irctc ticket has not been booked

Hi i have made a payment of rs 597/- from mobikwik for booking irctc tickets but didn't get my ticket confirmation. The irctc website still showing the status-payement requested. Please refund my amount as soon as possible. I have tried many times but the customer care services is not responding.
