I used mobikwik wallet to use recharge of jio. Mobikwik gave me offer of cash back of rs 300/- on recharge of rs 399/- after that mobikwik gave me back in my mobile wallet but made me fool at a time of kyc update. It was not ready to update my kyc and at last mobikwik taken back my cash back. Thus it made fraud with me. Pls return my money in wallet

I have recharged my jio prepaid with 399 on mobikwik and apply coupon for 100 rs cashback. it was also shown confirmation of 100 rs cashback . but still i did not get any cashback .
please resolve this...
