[Resolved] Mobikwik — Money Debited but no recharge done. | |||
I tried to do a recharge of 249 on [protected] through Mobikwik the money got debited this happened on 09/10/2014. I complained about it to mobikwik help center writing this:- TICKET #1352079Resolved on[protected]:21:07.0 Order ID - [protected] Amount - 249 Email - [protected]@gmail.com Phone - [protected] I was trying to do a recharge of 249 on [protected] on this number but the recharge din't go through and it came that the money is in my wallet but it is not appearing to be in my wallet also moreover i din't want the money to be in wallet or anything i want it to be refunded ASAP.. They gave me this reply :- Dear Consumer, No recharge attempt seen against the mentioned payment. We request you to please try again to recharge. Note : If the resolution provided is not satisfactory, kindly go to http://www.mobikwik.com/help .Click on 'Track Ticket' and 'Re-Open' We Care, Support Team Mobikwik.com [protected]:21:07.0 I again opened the Ticket and wrote:- SENDING THEM THE COPY OF INVOICE BECAUSE AS PER THEM AFTER THE RECHARGE WAS NOT DONE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO ADD THE MONEY IN MY WALLET BUT THEY DIDNT SO I SENDED THEM THE INVOICE.. MOBIKWIK Order [protected][protected]:18:54.0 PRODUCT PRICE QTY AMOUNT 1 Mobikwik Wallet Update 249.0 1 Rs 249.0 Service Tax Rs 0 Convenience Fee Rs 0 TOTAL Rs 249.0 One Mobikwik Systems Private Limited #758, 1st Floor Udyog Vihar Phase V Gurgaon, Haryana – 122016. www.mobikwik.com SUPPORT Need help ? We will be glad to assist you This is your invoice on the payment that was deducted from my account but there was no money added to my wallet and you are telling me that there was no attempt of recharge, , CRAZY [protected]:36:17.0 After showing them the invoice also they replied me the same :- Dear Consumer, No recharge attempt seen against the mentioned payment. What my question is that if the recharge is not done why have they not added the money in my wallet were in I have given them the Transaction Id number and the copy of the invoice as well.. Stop this SCAM and respond to the customers complains rather than forwarding the same message again and again.. There is no number to contact as well where in i would be able to talk to someone i submit a complain after 2 day they reply telling me the same thing that they can't see any attempt of recharge...CRAZYY. I am also attaching a Print Screen of my Transaction History where it shows that a transaction of 249 was done and a photo of my home screen where it shows the money in my Wallet is still not added and a copy of my help center where in i have complained them twice but they are unable to respond me properly.
