[Resolved] Mobikwik — money debited from bank but not credited to wallet | |||
I tried to add Rs. 6950.00 to my Mobikwik Account. The payment was deducted from my bank account and its not reflected in Mobikwik Wallet. I was asked to send scanned copy of my Identity. Even after sending the document i didn't get any reply from them. I posted on their facebook page and sent multiple emails. They dint reply to my complaint. They finally replied back on facebook and the amount was credited to my mobikwik wallet and i made my payment to ebay and successfully received a discount of 15% flat. Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
