[Resolved] Mobikwik — money debited from my account but not credit to beneficiary account | |
Sir/madam, i use mobikwik upi link with sbi bank account for rs 25000 money transfer on 01oct19 at12:50pm. The same amount get debited from my account and not credit to beneficiary account. When i complain to mobikwik personal they told me they are not responsible for this, bank will solve your problem and bank also told they are not responsible for this type of issue, contact to mobikwik. So i request to you please do the needful. I am trying to transfer money from wallet to my bank account it is throwing an error "email I'd not found " but I didn't changed my email I'd or removed. Please look into this and fix this issue asap
