Mobikwik — Money deducted from bank account but not added in the wallet

I did a add money of Rs 100 using "SUPERHOT" promocode. Money was deducted from my bank account but not added in mobikwik account. Transaction Remark: MIN/MOBIKWK /[protected]/0

I also did a bookmyshow booking of Rs 173.09. Money was deducted from my bank account but neither my ticket was booked nor money was added in my wallet. Transaction Remark: MIN/MOBIKWK /[protected]/0
