[Resolved]  Mobikwik — money deducted from bank account but not credited in my wallet

Ticket no. En[protected]. I did recharge of rs. 458/-. Due to some issues, recharge was not done. I complained the same to mobikwik. They said we fixed it recharge again. But where is my money? It's neither credited in my bank account nor wallet. I am using mobikwik for near about a year. Never experienced such trouble till these problem. I even gave them 5 star in play store. Plz resolve the same else i have no option but to discontinue with it.

Mobikwik has credited my wallet the full amount which was not recharged. Very appreciative work.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

i already complained about my money deduction and 800/- has been returned but 1600/- not refunded till now.
So i am requested pls. Refund 1600/- as soon as possible
