[Resolved] Mobikwik — money deducted from bank but didn't get added in mobikwik account. | |||
Date: 20th Jan 2018 https://www.mobikwik.com I wanted to order some grossery from GROFERS app and tried to pay through MOBIKWIK adding 1000/- rs in my mobikwik account. Later 1000/- got deducted from my bank account and I received an SMS also but this amount never got added in my MOBIKWIK account. I called at my bank's customer care and got to know that it was a successful payment and money transferred to MOBIKWIK and I should contact them for the same. I called MOBIKWIK customer care but no response as they want all the queries to be emailed. Later I do that as well as on 23rd Jan 2018 and I received one TICKET NO. which I took a screen shot and attached here. Its been 4 days and I still not received my 1000/- rs back to my bank account. This was the first time I was going to use MOBIKWIK but this unprofessional things happened. They have no value of their customer. 4 days and still no response from their end neither they refunded my amount back to me. I want CONSUMER COMPLAINTS to please help me getting my money refund.
