Mobikwik — Money deducted from bank but didn't get it in wallet | |||||
On 4th may 2017 i tried to add rs 540 in my mobikwik wallet (With no.- [protected]) and it got failed. Then i tried it once again and again it got failed. But after an hour rs 540 was added to my wallet but when i checked my bank account statement rs 540 was debited twice that sums up to rs 1080 but i only got 540 in my wallet. It's been more than 2 days and yet they are'nt responding.. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My Vodafone postpaid number hasn't been recharged with Rs 500 through mobiqwik but the same amount has been deducted from my bank account..I am really frustrated from this kind of errors in transaction ..I am demanding a speedy solution now otherwise I will be forced to take legal action for robbing Rs 500 from my bank account

I was transferring money Rs 300 from my mobile is wallet to my bank account on 7th Mar'17. The money debited from my wallet but yet not credited to bank account.
I raised complaint reference no. 6055635 2 months back yet they have not transfer money to wallet.
