Dear team,

I have done transition using mobikwik on 21 nov 2018 on 6:20 pm 2059.28 rupees has been deducted. Here i have paid processing fees 59 rupees for transfer money wallet to bank account but money not credited in bank account. Help me to credit my money urgently
No customer care executive ready to help me. Help lines never ever getting connect easy but their custome executive work 8 am to 11 pm. Need to improve customer service.

Very very worst. Government should take action in this. Mobikwik is fraud company and they are abasing their customer money.
It is my humble request please get refund that customer amount and give it to them.
