[Resolved] Mobikwik — Money deducted from my sbi bank account while paying act broadband bill via mobikwik, but payment transaction failed and money not refunded | |||||
I had made a transaction of Rs.1545 for payment of ACT broadband bill via mobikwik on 15th jan 2016. While payment, through mobikwik, i chose Sbi netbanking to load amount to mobikwik for bill payment. The amount got deducted fro my SBI account (SBI transaction id: IG0BHSOLL6), but the transaction failed. Now the amount isn't even reflected in my Mobikwik wallet and also payment to act failed. The amount deducted from SBI account is still not reversed. I raised two tickets with mobikwik, but they are not responding atall. I am attaching screenshot of tickets raised with Mobikwik.
