[Resolved] Mobikwik — Money deducted from wallet but ticket not booked | |||||
Hi, i paid for my flight booking on Indigo via mobikwik wallet, order# HMBK[protected], on 22nd January. my tickets were not booked. now my wallet shows zero balance. its been 3 days and the money has not come back to wallet. i have also registered a complaint with ticket no :# 5841142, but no reply yet . i tried calling customer care number but it is not working. kindly look into the matter and resolve it. I had paid 1448 rs to pentaloons through mobikwik on 24/11/2016. Money has deducted from my wallet but transaction failed at merchant end. then i tried again for same thing on 28/11/16 and transaction was successful.
I didn't get money back into my account (today is 21/01/17, after two months).
