Mobikwik — Money didn't get trasfered to my account, 14days past

Hi, My number [protected] Email denzil.[protected]@india.com Subject: Money didn't get transferred to my Airtel account yet. Hi On Thursday 22nd Jan I added ₹1500 to the MobikWik wallet (Dear User, MobiKwik Payment Alert Type:Credit Amnt:Rs 1500.0 New Wallet Balance:Rs 1500.0 Tranx Ref:[protected]) Then I made a payment to my another Airtel number [protected] (Dear User, MobiKwik Tranx Alert Type:Debit Amnt:Rs 1500.0 Service:Mobile Bill [protected]@[protected]@ Status:Success New Wallet Balance:Rs @[protected]@ Tranx Ref:[protected]) Two days later I checked My Airtel account and saw there was no payment done, Soon I called Airtel customer service and checked if there was any pending payment or something, they said there is no payment on my account. From that time I am trying to reach MobikWik Customer Service, but I am not able to. I raised many ticket where they msg me that they will call me, but till now no one called me back. These are all the ticket number as follows: 2062382 2051598 2075198 2102013 2120805 2058794 2107772 2114717 If any one have their direct number or email address please do forward me.. Thanks Denzil
