Mobikwik — money is debited but not add money in mobikwik

I m recharging for my number off rupees 88 from mobikwik. As their is present 50 rs in my mobikwik wallet so mobikwik demand to pay for 38 rupees.
So i decided to pay through upi and make a successfull payment of 38 rs.
The upi reference id is[protected]
Payment is done to : [protected]@hdfcbank
Now then when i go to mobikwik then my recharge is not done. Please help to refund my 38 rs back to my account.
