Mobikwik — Money not added to my wallet

I've added 410 rupees in my wallet from my account but the problem is that the money has cut from my bank account and not been added to my wallet.
Now i thought to complaint through the app but not it is saying that the login id is invalid please help me to get my money back.
And when i have tried to log in after logging out it is again saying invalid

Hi, sir, my last 3 transaction I have used 3 promo code my cash back balance is not add my mobikwki walnt please check my last 3transaction
I see a message while login that your account is disabled. I fail to find out any reason for this.

Can't contact Mobikwik customer service anywhere no number/email address all they have is a support ticket and that too for active users only.
