Mobikwik — money not refund on my card

My transaction was failed but money was deducted from credit card and mobikwik claim money from the card also money not credit and my account and my account is being disable amount is - 52251.05 on date 12.08.2019,
Register mobile nom-[protected]

Also in my account there is amount in wallet and when i complained regarding issue they have disable my account,
The amount is not refund..

I am writing mail but did not get any response

Sir, money has been deducted twice from our account but has not returned, that too is for 2300 rupees and the other is for 239 rupees, please tell me that I will do a police complain on this site.and second thing this amount deducted is not invoice showing.
