Mobikwik — Money not refunded for order placed on 26th Feb 2017 | |||||
The transaction went through Mobikwik payment gateway but the order did not get placed in pizza hut on Feb 26 2017. I raised a ticket for same on March 06th 2017. However they did not resolve the issue and have closed the ticket. You can find the details of the transaction in the attached screenshot. I even did not receive a call from their end.
