Mobikwik — money transfer failed but amount not refund

Address:kanhauli, khadi bhandar chowk, Muzaffarpur, Bihar, 842002

Yesterday on 1st April I transferred money but it did not transferred and money deducted from my account of 2400/-

Here I am attaching the receipt of money transaction details which is taken by passbook entry.

so pls do the needful as soon as possible on urgent basis.

On 1 aprl 2019 I paied the money 20000 rs through mobikwik upi ...the transfer is failed but money is debited my accounts..the rrn no is[protected]
Customer care never received the call we humble request ...plz credited my money in my account ...
