Mobikwik — Money Transfer from credit card to bank account

I made a transfer of INR 42000 from my HDFC Credit Card to my HDFC Bank Account using Mobikwik app. The amount has been deducted from my credit card but the same is not reflected in my bank account. I am unable to reach their customer care executives. They are not accepting emails since the inbox is full. My 42000 INR is stuck
