Mobikwik — Money transfer to bank account | |||||
I have made a transfer to a bank account but i have submitted the ifsc code wrong. So by this the transaction must get failed and the money should get back to the wallet but i have not received the money back. The company does not have any coustomer support. I want my money back. Reference no. - skq27wst1t88 I have also registered a complaint ticket in the mobikwik application but the complaint is not yet responded by the company. I have used money transfer facility from paytm and the company resolved every problem and get it solved quickly but this time i used this mobikwik and the company charges a lot of money to transfer the money and are not resolving my problem.
