Mobikwik — money was deducted but refund not received yet. | |||||
I have purchased few items from myntra. Payment was made but no order was placed. I called myntra customer care they said no order have been received by the id which was provided by mobikwik. I complained through mobikwik help center. They also sent me a mail regarding refund. That money will be refunded in 7 business days. Amount was deducted on 11 november 2018. They sent the mail on 12 november 2018. Today it is 21 november 2018. But i have got my money back. This is a huge trap.in this way how can one pay online. If this type of error keep on coming how can one even support digital india. Was this information helpful? | |||||
