Mobikwik — My Aadhaar linked to another Account
My name is muhammed.k recently i downloaded mobikwik app and registered as new and when i doing KYC i got error message that "This aadhar Number is linked to another mobikwik account please enter new one" and i called Mobikwik customer care 2 times.On 1st time on 25/5/2021 one customercare executive told that he registered complaint i have upload orginal adhaar id on mobwik complaint section so i uploaded my orginal adhaar id. But on other day 26/5/2021 i got reply for that they cant do anything on this and i called customer care on 2nd time on 26/5/2021 customer executive saying that in mobikwik side they cant do anything. On mobikwik there is pay later option so I very afraid of that if someone missued that account that linked my adhaar.so please take action and unlink my adhaar from that unkown account.
