Mobikwik — my account is blocked how to unblock.

Due three or more wrong entry of my pin/password my mobikwik wallet account is blocked. I am not able to unblock and transact. I am attempting to upload my documents but the wallet prompts service is not available now. Please help me and guide me how to again active my wallet. Bibhuti bhusan pradhan, laxminarayanpur sahi keonjhar garh, district - kendujhar, odisha.
