[Resolved] Mobikwik — My Jio recharge not successful and amount was deducted from mobikwik wallet.
I've initiated a recharge on myjio app of 599 on the number [protected] using mobiwik wallet balance. Amount was deducted from the wallet but the recharge was not reflected on my jio number. When i reached jio customer care they've said no payment or recharge was initiated on this time period but the mobiwik transaction shows successful and they are saying it's the merchant's fault. Wallet amount was not yet refunded or the recharge was not yet initiated. BR0005OA01X5 is the transaction id of the mobiwik transaction.
