Mobikwik — my mobikwik user account is disabled

My account is disable but now im in need as bajaj finserv is linked with mobikwik so, i don't know reason for disable but kindly help me to get m account back. I tried to reset password but on the top page it says user disable and inside says new password set instruction has been sent but i did not got any mail even checked spam... I have attached screen shot

I purchased worth of rs.1555.00 in myntra through mobikwik but not yet receive 100% cashback offer and even i couldn't contact mobikwik customer care. Am new user for mobikwik, i[censored] provide such a poor service to customer like this then how as a customer will recommend this app to others.

Sir user disabled while trying to login my account.There are were funds in account which were in emergency need for me.No customer care phone no not working.Tried all the mail IDs they had given and sent the documents what they requested but there was no use.
Kindly resolve the issue asap
