Issue: I have done a payment of 50rs to junglee rummy, I did not get it in my jungleerummy account, but my mobikwik balance has been deducted, debit 50.0, 02/03/2015, 01:38:59 hours Wallet Debit to http://www.JungleeRummy.com/ Transaction Id 928973 Mobikwik response: We understand that you are expecting a refund from the Merchant#39s end. Please be informed that it takes approximately 7-10 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your MobiKwik wallet once received.For now, the status of your Merchant transaction is successful at our end. In case we get the refund, then it will be added to your wallet balance automatically.Please note: Consumers are not eligible for any Cashback amount for Cancelled/Partially cancelled transactions and Cash back amount (if any) will be adjusted against refund amount.
