Myntra refunded the amount but it is not reflecting in My Mobikwik wallet ... myntra also gave me the reference no. But mobikwik is not cooperating with me...please help

Myntra has initiated the refund but it’s not reflecting in mobikwik bank account. Mobikwik customer care they aren’t cooperating with me.
Same here with me now what to do as mobiwik is not responding .

Myntra has processed Refund on 8th of December and still (16th December) not credited in my Mobikwik pay later or wallet.
I am frustrated with this kind of behavior from Mobikwik. More than 500 is a big amount for me as being a student and they are doing scam.
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
