Mobikwik — Nitin singh - payment reversal complaint | |||||
Dear team, My name is nitin singh, mobile no [protected]. While making payment to ezeego 18.05.2017 through mobikwik gate, the transaction got failed. The payment got credited in the mobikwik wallet. I had requested mobikqwik to reverse the payment to by credit card. The mobikiwk team assured that they will do it in 3-25 working days but till date it has not been credited. Following are the ticket nos generated with mobikwik and communication with mobikwik # 6543487 bankreversal 20 may, 2017 9:03am # 6645323 add money11 jun, 2017 10:58am Reference is made to the above tickets. Till date the issue is not resolved. Kindly confirm if the amount has been reversed from your end. Your team assured the amount will be credited in 3-15 working days. Its been a month and money has not yet credited. Would request you to look into the process and let me know the status. Anticipate a quick response and solution to my problem.
