Used a coupon which was thrown on my screen while i was ordering food. 20% cashback for existing users. Raised ticket on mobikwik help (Ticket #6111066), but they said the coupon was for new users only. Surprisingly, the coupon terms had actually changed by the time they responded to my help ticket. I asked them to refer to the terms of the coupon on the date when i applied it. Never got a reply even after repeated follow ups. A petty amount - but sounded like i had been cheated. Mobikwik, done MSEDCL Electril bill payment of Rs. 910 with consumer no as[protected], 3 days back, Trans id of which was MP[protected] but it has not reflectedin MSEDCL Site & yet to get a confirmation sms from MSEDCL that payment has been received, kindly look into this matter urgently & inform.
