[Resolved] Mobikwik — No cashback on shopping done from pantaloons | |||
The offer stated to provided 100 % cashback or 500 maximum cashback whichever is lower. I had shopped from pantaloon, kolkata on 25.12.2016 and my billing amount was rs. 3611/-. Mobikwik id is :[protected] and mobile number is [protected] Again, on 25.12.2016 my billing amount was rs. 566/-. Mobiwik id :25286508 and mobile no. [protected]. As per the offer 500 rs each was to be credited in my account from mobikwik but no such amount has been credited. Was this information helpful? | |||

We would like to update you that as per Mobikwik’s offer terms and conditions, the customer can avail cashback ranging from 1% to 100%.
Thus Cashback amount of Rs.65 is already credited to mobile number '[protected]' against billing amount of Rs.3611.
Cashback amount of Rs.10 is already credited to mobile number "[protected]" against billing amount of Rs.566.

i will raise RTI against them for their customer care time working Patten. because i never seen they try to solve anyone issue.
