Mobikwik — No refund received

I ordered a product from flipkart using Amex credit card issued by Mobikwik app.
the product was damaged so i asked flipkart for a refund, flipkart says they have successfully added refund to my credit card but I did not receive it. I called both flipkart and mobikwik customer service executives to help me out. Flipkart is asking me to raise a dispute using reference number, but as we know mobikwik is a non-banking service provider, how am I supposed to raise a dispute in mobikwik?
mobikwik says there is no such refund amount has been received from flipkart, i asked mobikwik for a proof but they're apparently dodging it.
im just stuck here with my refund amount nowhere to be found.
below i have shared the transactions that were made till today from 1st march (before i ordered the product).
