Mobikwik — non delivery of services & non refund | |||
I had transferred rs. 99.00 x 2 to them vide (Transaction id: bse[protected] Mar 27, 2020 10:37:51 am & transaction id: bse[protected] Mar 27, 2020 10:35:56 am) to charge my bsnl mobile but that did not happen. The site said the money had been credited to my bank but that is not so. Upon complaining i was told the money would be credited to my wallet but that also has not happened so far. All attempts to report the fraud in the site are being cleverly warded off. My first transaction with them has not been a good experience so far. Please direct refund the amount to my credit card immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
