Mobikwik — Not able to book train ticket | |||||
I chose Mobikwik wallet as the payment option in IRCTC website to book my tickets. When I was about to make payment a message popped up saying "I don't have enough wallet balance". (Refer to the picture attached) And I tried to inquire the problem with company and they replied that I don't have enough wallet balance. But I had enough balance, since the Order Amount was 556.29 and my Wallet Balance was 556.57, so technically I had Rs 0.28 extra in my wallet andI have Rs 40 Supercash too, which means 10% of SuperCash will be used on every transaction. (Supercash FAQ https://promotions.mobikwik.com/inapp/faq/supercash/) So in any situation I had more money in my wallet, and now they are not replying .
