Mobikwik — not able to login and mobikwik used my wallet money to purchase gift card

Dear sir,

I added money into my mobikwik wallet during month of december, 2019.
After that i didn't check, but during month of march, 2020 i noticed that my whole money used to purchase gift card and not able to login and my account is blocked.

When i approached to mobikwik then mobikwik not responding proper resolution and enable my account and returning my money to wallet.

I am mailed multiple times but no serious email.

I really frustrated
