Mobikwik — not added the balance

Respected sir, I have done transaction Ref.no.IGX4950650 for Rs.150.0 on 30/7/2014 at 3.29.24 by using SBI Net banking. but amount is not added in your account but my main balance fron sbi is deducted please return my amount earlier.
