Mobikwik — Not received the supercash amount of Rs.500 (100% cashback offer maximum upto Rs.500) till now.

I had not received the cashback of Rs. 500 (100% cashback maximum upto Rs. 500) which was offered by mobikwik via purchasing from shopclues. Due to this offer I purchased Crompton Greaves Ceiling Fan of Rs.1513 and payment made to shopclues by your wallet to grab your offer of Rs. 500 (the cash back will be given within 24 hours of shipment of the product as per direction) but till now I have not received cashback while the product is received by me on 21-03-17 and I am still waiting to receive the cashback.
The Mobikwik replied me on 28-03-17 at 02:42 PM that "Your transaction was successfully processed and also Supercash has been credited to all users as per eligibility of the offer." but when I checked my wallet then I saw there was no credit of supercash amount Rs.500 in my wallet.Then I also complaint for that next day i.e. 29-03-17 but they never reply till now.
Therefore, I want to credit my balance immediately from mobikwik.I also attach the reply of mobikwik for a proof and my response to the reply.
