DEAR SIR, I HAD PAID THROUGH MOBIKWIK WALLET BUT UNFORTUNATELY PAYMENT WAS FAILED AND MY MONEY NEEDS TO BE REVERT BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD BUT INSPITE OF REPEATED REQUEST MOBIKWIK IS NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY. I HAD MADE THE TRANSACTION ON 06 NOV 2014 BUT STILL I AM WRITING TO THEM BUT THEY HAVE BLOCKED MY ID AND I AM NOT ABLE TO LODGE ANY FURTHER COMPLAINT.
