[Resolved] Mobikwik — Not updating my balance in wallet | |||||
Hi, I am sending you my request for solution for my issue. I added money in my wallet on mobikwik application. They deduct the amount from my bank account. But not updated the balance in my wallet. I am sending you screenshot for related my issue. I have already contact with them but they are not provided me any sufficient solution. They are asking for email, phone number transaction number, date and time. They know everything about my registered emil phone number also. And they also mention transportation number and date in the reply. But nos they are just taking so much time for time pass. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I booked travel ticket dtd 1st march 2017 through mobikwik, money deducted rs 1210/- from bank but balance not show in wallet . i raised ticket against this issue but till dat issue not resolved . My bank told, they received money received clerance from mobikwik . So if mobikwik received money but till they not given rs 1210/- on my wallet .
