[Resolved] Mobikwik — online recharge - amount deducted but recharge was unsuccessful | |||||
Hi Team, I have recharged my Vodafone mobile number on[protected] using My Vodafone app for rs 159 on and made payment through Mobikwik wallet. The amount got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. When I have raised this with Mobikwik they are not ready to accept it and said recharge was successful at the merchant(Vodafone) side. But when I checked with the Vodafone customer care they clearly written over a mail that recharge was unsuccessful and amount should be credited back to my account. But it has not happened. I even attached the mail copy to Mobikwik but they are not ready to accept and refund my amount. Regards, Shukoor Was this information helpful? | |||||
