Mobikwik — payment deduct

I make a payment of inr 20000 to my mobikwik wallet from my hdfc bank credit card account via netbanking, but it gave some error after successful payment. Amount got deducted from my account, but still wallet shows rs 0. I have tried getting in touch with the customer care of mibikwik but no response whatsoever. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it. Thanks!
